How Group Lessons Work

Everyone gets the same safety briefing and pop-up practice on the sand. In the water, your instructor moves between surfers, helps pick waves and gives each person feedback. Many people find they learn a lot just by watching each other.

Mixed Levels

Groups often combine first-timers with people who have surfed before. The instructor adapts, and the location is chosen for the day's conditions and the group. Anyone wanting extra attention can book a private lesson instead.
