- 2 secure swimsuits or board shorts
- Rash guard (short or long sleeve)
- Surf wax and leash (only if bringing your own board)
Sun Protection
- Reef-safe, water-resistant sunscreen
- SPF lip balm
- Hat and sunglasses
- After-sun lotion
Clothes
- Light, breathable clothing
- Sandals
- Light rain jacket (May–November)
Health and Documents
- Insect repellent
- Small first-aid kit
- Personal medication
- Passport and travel insurance
- Cash and cards
